Biaxial forced mixer structure 

Biaxial forced concrete mixer mainly includes the cabinet, screw shaft assembly, drives, piping, cover, chain cover and other components, the specific structural characteristics are as followings:

1. The case is mainly composed of sheet metal and steel, and together with the other parts are assembled in a factory welding forming, which is a support for biaxial compulsory mixer. The case is tight, and there is less dust phenomenon.

2. Screw shaft assembly is the main component of biaxial forced mixer which mainly includes left and right screw shaft, bearing, bearing housing, bearing caps, gears, sprockets, oil cups, blades and other components.

3. The water pipe is mainly taking over the joint and nozzle components. Cone atomizer nozzle with stainless steel nozzle disposed above the internal forced concrete mixing machine casing, axially aligned along the helical axis; in order to facilitate the formation of the humidifying curtain material.
