Maintenance for the whole concrete mixing plant

Better maintenance will bring the higher efficiency. Only did we try our best to maintain the ready mixed concrete batching plant , we can provide the working life of machine and reduce the damage. As how to maintain the concrete mixer, HAOMEI will share some as followings:

1. After working, the operator need to make sure cleaning the machine in the better way.

2. clean the inside and outside of concrete drum and outlet of concrete mixer , shafts and lefts, to make sure that we clean this machine better. If it is necessary, we can also put some stones and sands in there to make it clear.

3. In winter, we need to make sure that water in machines need to be out, otherwise, it will affect the efficiency and running the pump for almost 1-2minitues.

4. Something we need to check every week

A. If it needs to add some lubrication, make sure everywhere need to add some lubrication.

B. Check leaves, mixing blades and change then in a certain time.

C. Checking if the vibrator is loosen, and fix it.

D. Checking air compressor to see if it is necessary to change.
