Core Products

The mini batching plant series includes four stationary hopper-fed models (HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, and HZS60) and four mobile models (YHZS25, YHZS35, YHZS50, and YHZS60). Stationary mini batching plant models are equipped with JS500 to JS1000 twin-shaft forced mixers, offering discharge capacities of 500L to 1000L and a standard mixing cycle of 60–72 seconds. Mobile models integrate aggregate batching, mixing, weighing, and control systems onto a single steel chassis; they can be relocated via semi-trailer towing and require no permanent foundation.
For high-end configurations, mini batching plant models with capacities of 50 m³/h and above offer an optional SICOMA MAO series twin-shaft mixer, catering to premium overseas commercial concrete projects and precast component factories. All models come standard with independent electronic weighing systems, achieving accuracy within ±2% for aggregates and ±1% for powders and admixtures, in compliance with EN 206 and ISO 19720 standards.

 

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Key structural components of the mini batching plants are welded and machined in-house. Mixer liners are cast from thickened high-manganese steel, ensuring a service life of at least 7,000 hours under normal operating conditions. Before leaving the factory, each unit undergoes at least 8 hours of trial operation—both unloaded and under load—to verify metering accuracy, mixing uniformity, and discharge gate sealing. The electrical control system utilizes Siemens PLCs and Schneider Electric components; units are packed for shipment only after passing a comprehensive factory burn-in test.
Modular design is a core feature of the production line: over 80% of core components are pre-assembled at the factory, and the disassembled units fit perfectly into standard 40HQ containers. A complete HZS50 concrete batching plant requires only two standard containers for shipment, with an on-site installation period of just 5–7 days.

 

Export Service Capabilities

For overseas clients, we offer customization for various voltage standards (380V/415V/440V), multilingual operating interfaces, CE certification documentation, installation guidance videos, and remote technical support. A 5% stock of common wear parts (liner plates, mixing blades, seals, sensors) is included with the shipment, and core components can be delivered from our Zhengzhou warehouse to major global ports within 7–15 days.
