The low noise concrete batching plant equipment optimizes the core components that generate noise, reducing noise output at its source. The mixing host optimizes the blade spiral angle and spacing to smooth the material flow field, reducing material impact and turbulence noise during mixing. A high-precision helical gear reducer paired with a flexible coupling ensures smooth transmission meshing, reducing transmission noise by 7-9 dB compared to ordinary spur gear models. The main unit's operating noise is stably controlled within 78 dB(A). The feeding system employs variable frequency speed control, ensuring smooth and impact-free hopper start and stop. Buffer guide plates are installed at the aggregate drop points to reduce the impact noise of falling sand and gravel. High-noise auxiliary equipment such as dust collectors and air compressors are all low-noise models, controlling noise output at the source.

The low noise concrete batching plant equipment features a fully enclosed design for noise propagation paths, minimizing noise diffusion. The mixing tower and batching unit utilize a fully enclosed soundproof structure, with a high-density sound-absorbing cotton inner layer and a sound-insulating steel plate outer layer, with sealed seams, achieving an overall sound insulation of ≥15dB. The low noise concrete batching plant equipment uses vibration damping design to block vibration transmission, preventing noise amplification caused by solid-borne sound. Multi-layer nitrile rubber vibration isolators are installed on the main unit base, with optimized natural frequency matching, isolating more than 85% of equipment vibration from being transmitted to the ground, avoiding the solid-borne sound effect in building structures. High-wear-resistant rubber liners are used in the aggregate hopper and unloading hopper to buffer the impact of falling sand and gravel, reducing impact noise by 12-15dB. Vibration-damping pads are installed at all steel structure connection points to eliminate structural resonance noise caused by vibration transmission.

It comes standard with a JS series twin-shaft forced-action main unit, an independent electronic weighing and metering system, and aggregate dynamic error ≤ ±2%, while powder, water, and admixture errors are ≤ ±1%. It complies with EN 206 and ISO 19720 international standards, and its production capacity covers the full range of 25-120 m³/h, capable of stably producing C10-C50 grade concrete. The equipment adopts a modular design, with no significant difference in installation cycle compared to the standard model. It supports multiple voltage systems and CE certification, making it suitable for the global export market.
