The mobile trailer chassis serves as the primary structural framework for the entire mobile concrete batching plant. Constructed from welded, high-strength, low-alloy Q345B steel, the chassis is equipped with heavy-duty axles, a standard towing pin, and integrated road-legal lighting, ensuring compliance with highway transport regulations. The YHZS series mobile concrete batching plant can be towed on roads at speeds of 40–50 km/h, making it suitable for travel on both paved highways and rural access roads. The chassis is also fitted with four hydraulic outriggers, each with a 300mm adjustment range, capable of compensating for site slopes of up to ±12°. This design removes the need for pouring a concrete foundation; the unit can simply be leveled and positioned on any flat, compacted surface. Taking the YHZS35 trailer mobile concrete batching plant as an example, its dimensions in transport configuration are approximately 12.5m × 2.48m × 3.6m, with a total weight of about 21 tons. The entire YHZS series trailer type mobile concrete batching plant comes standard with a twin-shaft forced mixer, with specific models tailored to different production capacities: the YHZS25 features a JS500 mixer (500L nominal discharge capacity, 25m³/h theoretical output); the YHZS35 uses a JS750 mixer (750L nominal discharge capacity, 35m³/h theoretical output); the YHZS50 and YHZS60 are equipped with a JS1000 mixer (covering a capacity range of 50–60m³/h); and the YHZS90 utilizes a heavy-duty JS1500 mixer, capable of a theoretical output of 90m³/h. The weighing system employs an independent, multi-stage architecture. The cumulative weighing accuracy for aggregates is maintained within ±2%, while cement, water, and admixtures are measured via dedicated, separate weighing units—achieving an accuracy of ±1% for both powders and liquids. The system includes a standard PLD-series multi-bin batcher, typically configured with 3–4 independent bins, allowing for the simultaneous storage of various sand and stone aggregates, with automated feeding based on preset mix designs. The electrical control cabinet is integrated into the side of the unit and houses a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) along with a touchscreen interface. This system supports fully automated continuous production, recipe storage, production data logging, and self-diagnostic functions; multi-language operating interfaces can also be customized to meet export requirements.
